Welcome to Nik20fit.com Im Nik 2.0 fit and if you are here that means you are ready to change your life. My fitness journey started with sports at the age if 3 and continued through college. This challenge was created for anyone who wants to get into shape but is dealing with any knee, back , or hip issues, or intimidated by fast paced workouts and going to the gym .

I Loved Fitness but after 9 knee surgeries I wasn’t able to run, jump or do high impact workouts. I began finding new ways to challenge myself by creating modified variations of workouts that would not be too harsh on my joints .

I believe that you can achieve your fitness goals at home by being consistent and following the exercises in this challenge. I will be sharing my workout routine that gives you a complete guide to creating long-lasting fitness habits.
